Good news for preppers, survivalists and gun owners who live, work, or often travel to New York. A lawsuit brought by Gun Owners of America (GOA) has forced New York City to allow non-residents to apply for concealed carry permits. GOA promises to monitor the situation to ensure that NYC approves the permits in a timely manner without undue burdens places on the applicants. So if you are end or near NYC, now is the time to apply for your concealed carry permit!
