I reviewed the Finn Hawk fixed-blade knife by Cold Steel several years ago, and thought I would update that review. The Cold Steel Finn Hawk is my favorite general purpose utility knife. I actually now own three of them. One permanently lives in my bug-out bag, one I use almost daily, and one is in a drawer as a back-up. The Finn Hawk is only about $25 on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3ZFtEQl
When I bought my first Finn Hawk about six years ago, it quickly became my "go to" knife for general use. I give it 5 out of 5 stars, because I literally have nothing to complain about with this knife. I cannot find a single negative thing to say about it.
Here are the specs:
The Finn Hawk has proven to be a great general-purpose field knife for me. Frankly, I like it better than my Swiss Moras, which are also really good knives. An all-around great knife for work around the homestead or campsite. It is an amazing deal for its quality and usefulness (Amazon link). I like this knife so much I ended up ordering two more for myself, and another two more to give as gifts to my nephews a couple of years ago!
