Something to think about...
"A harmless man is not a good man. A good man is a very, very dangerous man who has it under voluntary control." To the men reading this, I say become dangerous men. With what is likely coming, your wife, children and others you love are going to need you to be dangerous men.
One Good Man here. Week visits to Church helps keep it under control.
ReplyDeleteHow you doing Health-wise this week?
Take it one day at a time and one week at a time.
Praying for you. I put your name in our Church Book of people to pray for. One person praying for you is good.....a church of 3500 people might be a little better.
Thank you and your church for the prayers. I am doing really well actually, except last week was a very bad week. Sounds contradictory, right? Not so. Here is what is going on: I'm nearing the end of my treatment, so they gave me an injection to boost my white blood cell count since treatment knocks it down. White blood cells are made in the bone marrow, so the hormone they injected me with causes the marrow to go into overdrive. Every bone and joint in my body ached, throbbed, and hurt from Tuesday through Friday last week. It completely knocked me on my backside for those days. By for the worst of what I've been through. Even the surgery to remove the cancers wasn't as bad as this. The pain and throbbing eased off Saturday, and by Sunday I was back to normal. The really good news is that, pending blood work later this week, I am completely done with treatment and expect to be declared cancer free! Thanks again for your prayers! Our Father is the only reason I am alive.
